A young man took a VTC but refused to pay the fare on arrival. He explained that he was waiting for his brother to pay, in order to gain a little time. While the driver waited, the passenger suddenly opened the window and took off running. Before leaving, he punched the vehicle, leaving a mark on the bodywork. The driver immediately alerted the police, who launched an investigation to identify the fugitive.
