Dog thieves are so efficient in China!

A thief in China has been filmed in action. The video shows a man stopping briefly near a dog, taking out a strange tool and acting very quickly. A sound like a gunshot can be heard just before the animal is caught. The device seems to form a circle around the neck to immobilize the dog. The whole thing takes place in a few seconds, and then the thief is off again. This type of theft targeting dogs is worrying local residents, as the images show a prepared and very discreet method.
