He calls the police about a burglary and is shot in the leg by an officer as he opens the door

A Pine Hills, Florida resident called 911 on August 23 after surprising four intruders trying to enter his home through a bathroom window. Before the police arrived, he fired a few warning shots to scare them off. When he opened the door for the sheriffs, all hell broke loose. In the bodycam footage, we see an officer mistakenly pull the trigger and fire a bullet into the homeowner's thigh. The man was treated and released the same day. The agent was dismissed pending investigation.
