Sweden's new Minister of Health, Elisabet Lann, experienced an unexpected moment at her very first press conference. No sooner had she taken her seat than her blood sugar level plummeted and she collapsed in front of the cameras. Her colleague Ebba Busch was quick to react and put her in the lateral safety position. After a short break, the conference resumed as normal. Lann, 48, from Jönköping and a former local councillor in Göteborg, explained that it was only a problem of low blood sugar.
