The Grappler is really interesting for avoiding endless chases!

In Eagan, Minnesota, police used the Grappler restraint system for the first time to end a pursuit. It all began on August 30, when a white 2000 Toyota Tundra towing a U-Haul trailer ran a red light on Yankee Doodle Road. The driver refused to obey and drove on to St. Paul. A Chevy Tahoe equipped with the device takes over. The net catches the rear wheel and immobilizes the vehicle. The woman tries to flee on foot, but is arrested and charged with several offences.
