A lucky dog narrowly misses being run over by a car

China. Some say the man on the right is the dog's owner, others that he's a passer-by who saved the dog. Given that the dog follows him at the end of the video, he would appear to be the dog's owner, and his reaction at the start of the video seems rather bizarre (he quietly watches his dog being run over by the car...).
