A policeman accepts a 1-on-1 fight with a civilian during a dispute

A video shows a rather incredible scene: a civilian argues with a police officer, then issues a "you and me" challenge. In front of the other officers, the bare-knuckle fight begins. No one intervenes, no proceedings, no handcuffs. On the contrary, the officer's colleagues ask people to stand back, as if it were a street match. The civilian ends up leaving quietly, after giving and receiving blows. The policemen stand by, simply watching the confrontation.
