A sick man zigzags between cars in Rotterdam

In the Netherlands, the law allows for the seizure of a driver's license in the event of reckless driving. A video perfectly illustrates this behavior: a driver is driving at very high speed on the A4 near Rotterdam. He zigzags between cars, makes numerous tight overtaking maneuvers and even films his maneuvers for later viewing. The images are clear: he's taking big risks and endangering others. Many believe that he would be better off on a racetrack instead of on a conventional road.
