Two men arrested after deliberately ramming a jet ski into a boat

A jet ski was deliberately rammed by a Malibu boat in Discovery Bay Marina, California. Several witnesses saw the boat pursuing the jet ski at high speed. The scene was filmed and broadcast over the Internet. The jet ski driver was injured. The suspects, Erick and Danny Garcia, aged 33 and 34, were arrested in Oakley. They are charged with violence with a non-firearm weapon, uttering threats and vandalism, with bail set at $95,000 each.
