Truck driver collapses and crosses freeway

A Sunbury Transport truck collided with a car on Thursday morning at around 7:40 a.m. on the highway between Bloomfield and Hampton, New Brunswick. The driver, Lisa Pitt, says she was hit from the side and thrown into the median. The dashcam then shows the truck crossing the median, driving in the opposite direction and ending up lying down after hitting a sign. The driver was hospitalized with minor injuries. According to the RCMP, he was medically unwell and no further action will be taken.
