Killer misses target by 30 cm

A man on a motorcycle approaches within centimetres of his target. He's so close you'd think it was a foregone conclusion. But it's not. The shot misses, despite the ultra-short distance, like 20 or 30 cm max. The guy gets away, obviously untouched. We don't know whether it's a problem with the weapon, the timing or just a huge miss. In any case, theexecution fails, and the video, obviously filmed by the killer himself, has been circulating ever since.
