They jump and dance on strangers' cars

In the middle of the day, at the corner ofEastern Parkway and Utica Avenue, some 200 youths blocked the street and caused a disturbance. Some of them jumped on a car, damaging the hood. Two other vehicles were used as improvised stages, with several girls dancing and twerking on the roofs. Traffic was completely disrupted. No details of any arrests have yet been made. The event was filmed by several passers-by and shared online.
