Air India flight crashes after takeoff in Ahmedabad

An Air India Boeing 787 crashed at 1:39pm just after takeoff from Ahmedabad, India. The aircraft was carrying 242 passengers and was en route to Gatwick airport, England. The aircraft crashed into a populated area shortly after leaving the ground. According to initial reports, there was only one survivor.
