Cop shoots Miami driver, family says he was unarmed

During the Best of the Best festival in Miami, an agent fired several shots at 21-year-old Menelek Clarke. The incident took place at an intersection near Bayfront Park, when Clarke's car came into contact with the officer. The video shows the officer on the hood, then firing through the windshield. Police say the car was used as a weapon. Clarke's sister, present in the vehicle, says he was just looking for a spot and the officer got in front. An investigation is underway.
