A man was found dead in a wallaby and kangaroo enclosure off Route 746 near Loris, South Carolina. According to police, it was an animal-related incident that occurred on May 9. The victim, 52-year-old Eric Slate, was a relative of the owner of the property. According to news reports, the animal involved was not domesticated, and Eric used to wrestle with it. All other animals on the site are under control and no risk to the surrounding area has been reported.
