Scooter at 130 km/h on cycle track, chase in Rotterdam

A police motorcyclist spotted a scooter with two people on board, one without a helmet. The driver, a 24-year-old unlicensed man, fled the scene in Rotterdam. The pursuit was intense, until the scooter sped off at 130 km/h on a cycle track. The fugitive thought he'd lose the cops on the narrow paths, but ended up crashing. He was arrested and fined several times, including for driving without a license. The 26-year-old passenger, without a helmet and without papers, also received two tickets.
