Man sets fire to himself in London following domestic dispute

A man set himself on fire in front of stunned police officers on a busy London street. The police extinguished the flames with a fire extinguisher and covered him with a jacket. The man burned himself after the police arrived over a domestic dispute. The injuries are not considered life-threatening. A police officer was also slightly burned. The situation led to a report to the Independent Office of Police Conduct.
