Man wanted after throwing stranger to the ground in the street

A surveillance camera captured a shocking incident in Solihull, Birmingham, on November 7. At around 6pm, a man walking with his partner on Hytall Road was attacked from behind. The assailant threw him violently to the ground, causing a serious head injury. The man, unconscious and bleeding profusely, was taken into police custody before paramedics arrived. The assailant fled in a van. Fortunately, the victim's injuries are not considered life-threatening. The police are investigating and requesting information.
