Thurston police had a busy Friday morning! It all started when Yelm officers attempted to stop a driver for altered plates. Refusing to comply, he set off on a wild chase, reaching almost 160 km/h. After colliding with a car, the driver was chased by Nisqually tribal police, who punctured two of his tires. Despite this, he continued his escape until Thurston's forces, in a calculated maneuver, rammed him into a tree. Surprise: several weapons, including one stolen in 2013, were found in the car.
