Masked scum opens fire on NYC cab driver after falling out of car.

A disconcerting event recently took place on the streets of New York. Eufelix Jiminian, a cab driver, was the target of gunfire after an altercation with a masked passenger. Following a dispute over payment, the ski-mask-wearing individual jumped out of the moving vehicle before firing at the cab as it sped away. Police report that the assailant fired five shots, hitting the passenger door once. According to NYSFTD, the intrusion of "masked travelers" is an emerging issue in New York. The man has not yet been identified, but is believed to be between 19 and 25 years old, wearing a black vest and jeans.
