Louisiana Parishioners Neutralize Teenage Gunman During Live Broadcast

During a First Communion ceremony attended by 60 children in Louisiana, worshippers at the Sainte-Marie-Madeleine church in Abbeville managed to neutralize a gunman. According to the police report, an armed 16-year-old teenager burst into the crowded church. However, the parishioners present quickly intervened to prevent him from committing a potential massacre. The scene was filmed live, allowing us to observe the panic spreading through the crowd. The priest tried to restore calm by inviting the audience to pray. Police arrived shortly afterwards to secure the scene. Fortunately, no one was hurt and the teenager was arrested and subsequently submitted for psychiatric evaluation.
