A bloodthirsty mob surrounds Shaquan Cummings, 30, suspected of slashing an 11-year-old girl in the head with a box cutter

In a recent video, Shaquan Cummings, a 30-year-old man, can be seen surrounded by an angry mob after allegedly assaulting an 11-year-old girl with a box cutter in Harlem. Numerous NYPD officers form a blockade to protect him while residents want to take justice into their own hands. Cummings, who allegedly injured the girl by slicing off her ear in a cutter attack, had also earlier assaulted a 43-year-old woman. Arrested by police and charged with two assaults, Cummings has been arrested more than 20 times in the past.
