Bird Piché, a 24-year-old artist, was paralyzed at a concert in Buffalo after a singer, John Floreani of Australian band Trophy Eyes, attempted to dive into the crowd and accidentally ran her over. This tragic incident resulted in a catastrophic spinal injury, requiring extensive surgery. Currently, she can only move her arms and communicate by text. A GoFundMe page has been set up to help with her medical and rehabilitation costs, having already raised $53,000. The band expressed their sadness and donated $5,000 towards her care.
