Chicago police announced Tuesday the death of a 20-year-old man in a shooting that occurred during an illegal street takeover on the city's southwest side. The victim was attempting to leave the intersection of 59th Street near Western Avenue when he was hit by several bullets. Investigators are seeking any additional video or photos of the incident to help advance the investigation.
