Migrants drag a woman across the floor to steal her bank card (Warning - shocking)

In New York, migrants on a scooter were filmed dragging a woman to steal her phone. The incident led to the arrest of three individuals, presumed to be from Venezuela, by the NYPD following a series of robberies targeting 62 women across the city's five boroughs. The suspects were using the Apple Pay function on the stolen iPhones to make purchases using the victims' credit cards.
