Dumbass plays with his gun and accidentally shoots Burger King drive-thru employee

In Virginia, a tragic incident occurred on July 31, 2022. Jose Hernandez, 23, was convicted of two counts related to a drive-thru shooting at a Cook Out restaurant. While picking up his order, Hernandez, driving a blue Toyota, accidentally fired through his car door, wounding an employee. The scene, captured on video, also shows Hernandez breaking his own window before escaping. The employee was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Hernandez pleaded guilty to shooting into an occupied building and reckless handling of a firearm causing serious injury. His lawyer stated that the gun had discharged unintentionally while Hernandez was playing with it in his car.
