He assaults an old lady to steal from her store

In the Chinatown district of Los Angeles, a security camera recorded a disturbing act. An individual ransacked a store called Angies Boutique located on the 800 block of North Broadway in broad daylight. The store owner revealed that the man had visited the location the day before, probably to scout out the premises. During his intrusion, as he was stealing items, an elderly woman tried to stop him. She was violently pushed away, and when she tried to stop him again, she received a blow to the face, leaving her bleeding profusely
