London: A police fiasco in the city center

As 13 London police officers attempted to arrest two individuals at Walthamstow bus station, their demonstration turned into a bit of vaudeville. Between elbowing and shouts from the audience - "let go of his neck!" and "you're strangling him!" - the scene could almost have been comical if it hadn't revealed a more disturbing reality. A woman in a green coat, clearly thinking she's Superwoman, intervenes by pulling a policeman by his vest and knocks him down, with no backup able to keep control. A real game of cat and mouse!
