The city that never sleeps saw a chaotic scene Wednesday night. A crazed driver drove into a police officer during a traffic stop in the Flatiron district of Manhattan. The individual fled, leaving behind a desolate scene. Video of the scene shows an officer trying to stop a black car surrounded by police and patrol cars. The driver refused to comply, drove onto the sidewalk and destroyed furniture in an outdoor restaurant. Investigators continue to search for the suspect and bring him to justice.
